When I walked into the living room-like atmosphere I was greeted genuinely and was invited to talk with Carolina Hernandez, who had reached out to me when I was looking for a Costco discount dealership. I had yet to settle on a Volvo. I was an owner of a Lexus RX300 since 2001 and was ready for a new car. There was something alluring about the T5 60 that I chose, and when I drove it Christina was quick to impress me with her knowledge of the vehicle. It wasn't long before I was intrigued. The small Swedish flag sewn into the upholstery, though it was a small thing, reminded me of my husband who boasts 100% Swedish immigrant grandparents, and in some way, I was drawn to honoring this heritage. It wasn't long before I knew this was the next car I wanted to own. And I must say, Carolina was the sweetest, and the smartest, and the most thorough salesperson I have met. It has been a learning curve for me to own a new car, but well worth it. I am still discovering many of its hidden treasures. More

She was at a stop light and T Boned on the drivers side. We were very lucky that day and contribute much of that to the vehicle she was driving. The car needed to be replaced and we were not thinking of anything but a Volvo. The staff and management at Naples Volvo were very professional and easy to work with previously so we went in to replace the vehicle and came home with two new Volvo's. Follow up after the sale has been exceptional. The GM was on top of everything they did, even as time was getting near the end of the day. We will continue to do business with Naples Volvo and recommend them to our friends. More

Ashley Ferdinand and his team were very helpful in resolving my issue and getting me into the new Volvo XC90 that I wanted right away. The only thing I would suggest for improvement would be for the team to be upfront and informative of Volvo manufacturing promotions. I had to bring this information to the team which created an environment of a little distrust on my part. Over all, I would suggest Ashley and the team to people I know, yet advise them to do their own homework as well for getting the fairest price for the vehicle they are looking to purchase. I gave them 4 stars which I always do when filling out a survey since I save the 5th star for people who go above and beyond. They are still an excellent deanship and I would buy from them again.
