Best Car Buying Experience...EVER!!!!!!! I don’t know where to start…my journey for a Volvo S90 started about two months ago. I spent countless hours searching the country looking for that,“ I don’t know where to start…my journey for a Volvo S90 started about two months ago. I spent countless hours searching the country looking for that,“gently used” S90. By December 2019 I had talked with many dealers across the country. This is where Grant/Volvo of Naples separated themselves from their competition. I found that one I wanted…I called and spoke with Grant, but unfortunately the vehicle had already sold by the time I had contacted Grant. Grant was amazing, he was courteous asked the right questions, apologized that the vehicle was no longer available and then closed with a respectful “may I keep your number and contact you if any other similar vehicles come available?” I approved and said please do! Fast forward one month…during that month I did not get one nagging pestering call from Grant. He respected my time!!!! Then, one Saturday I get a text from Grant, “are you still looking for an S90?” My beautiful bride and I were out test driving vehicles as the message came through. I responded, yes. That is when our deeper journey with Grant and Volvo of Naples began. See, I live in Wisconsin and Volvo of Naples is in Southern Florida. Grant was in constant communication with me, answering any questions I had. Sending videos, going in on his day off, just really making me feel valued as a customer all while not pressuring me in the least bit. I can be OCD at times…well, lets call it for what it is, I can be a pain…I have high expectations. Grant Henderson exceeded them all. He made this experience so comfortable that I didn’t even jump on a plane and buy the car. I bought the car sight unseen!!!!! Grant assisted in the coordinating of loading the vehicle on an enclosed transport. Grant came in on his day off to take video of the transport company loading the vehicle. He just did everything I asked. I will close with this…Grant and Team Naples made this experience so easy and pleasant that I will always buy my vehicles from Grant. I don’t care where I live, California, Wisconsin, or even Canada! Grant is now my car guy! Great job Grant…my Bride loves her S90!!!!! Cheers More
