Picked up loaner car and made it back to work in a timely manner. Grant called to let me know when the work was done. No hassle. I got another call after a couple of days to follow up. Could not get an available spare cut at a local hardware store because some makes aren't permitted. I heard that a Mercedes spare key goes for over $400 and other makes are in the $600 range.
