I took my car to this location for the 40k maintenance. At the appointment I was told one of my tires had different tread marks and would need to be changed, as well as an alignment was needed. I accepted the techs advice only to learn that it was not a necessary change. Less than a week later my light comes on for tire pressure on a different tire. I reached out to inquire about it and receive a barrage of texts explaining how it’s not their fault. Beware they don’t give sound advice and nothing is ever their fault. Furthermore, they’re giving advice on tires; but not fully checking all of the tires. I spent $600 additional on the new tire for a tire that did not need to be replaced. And now I actually have a tire that needs replacing; that they failed to notice during their so called inspection. And their complimentary car wash is terrible. More

Jason (and the whole team) always takes good care of my Volvo. Nice team and friendly. The facility is nice to sit (if you have to) for an hour or two--but they seem to work as quickly as possible so I'm n Volvo. Nice team and friendly.
