Hi Jason communicated with me throughout this process and made things manageable for me and my family. However, the service experience did not end on a good note. For the mechanic to say it was on when he got the car was a basically a slap in my face, and I did not appreciate that one bit. If this alert had been on prior to my arrival I would have requested it to be fixed. Especially since I paid more than what the car was worth in repair fees. More

I have great confidence in Volvo of Marietta. They serviced the 2007 XC90 I bought from them in 2006. When I sold it in 2018, I replaced it with 2017 V90CC from their inventory. They serviced my Xc90 serviced the 2007 XC90 I bought from them in 2006. When I sold it in 2018, I replaced it with 2017 V90CC from their inventory. They serviced my Xc90 almost exclusively (out of town repairs at MD dealership.). Todd and his service crew will service my new V90 for another 10 years or so until it is time for an electric Volvo. My confidence in their service is unqualified. Thank you. More

Had an appointment for a recall and oil change. When I dropped of the car The parts for the recall were not available, so I left the car for just on oil change. I did not receive an update prior to the promised completion time, and when called to inquire about the status, I was told that the work was not completed and nobody in the service department could provide more details. The car was not ready until late in the afternoon the following day. Parts not available for a scheduled recall, car not ready when promised without any update from service rep, an oil chance that took two days to complete - worst service I ever had at any car dealership!
