Bill, the Service Manager and Ken, the Service Advisor, have both exceeded my wildest expectations when performing the right service and delivering my vehicle fully repaired on time. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership and it's service department for ANY car repairs, not just Volvo. More

This is a racket for all dealerships- $250 for a spare key. $285 for 2 is ' the great deal'. And if I wanted the remote key, that's $580+. Some things wrong with this. Could not get an available spare cut at a local hardware store because some makes aren't permitted. I heard that a Mercedes spare key goes for over $400 and other makes are in the $600 range. Insanity. More

Dealership made it right Negotiated price over the phone with D. Gupton. He offered a number that was close enough to what I was looking for and I agreed. After several hours Negotiated price over the phone with D. Gupton. He offered a number that was close enough to what I was looking for and I agreed. After several hours of my accountant working with dealership on financing I was told I could come to dealership and pickup car. As I was driving, received a text from Gupton saying he "made mistake" and couldn't offer me agreed upon price. I stated I had the agreed upon number on email and text and expected to pick up car at the agreed upon price. Gupton stated that "he didn't know what I expected him to do, and the new price was what it was going to be because these cars were flying off lot". In short, he was extremely rude and it felt like classic car salesperson bait and switch. The positive side to this experience is Phillip, the gm, called me immediately to apologize and honored the agreed upon price. The dealership made it right in the end. More
