Best buying experience...again! I just purchased my fifth vehicle from Jim Ellis and have been a customer for 16 years. This most recent was a new Volvo S60 at Volvo of Marietta, and I just purchased my fifth vehicle from Jim Ellis and have been a customer for 16 years. This most recent was a new Volvo S60 at Volvo of Marietta, and it was a pleasure to work with Tommy again. This was the 4th time Tommy has been my sales professional in Marietta, having purchased two Saab's and two Volvo's from him over these many years. He's like family, and exhibits the best of integrity I've come to expect from each of my Jim Ellis purchase experiences. Very much dislike that they leave my car dirty! Every time I have my car serviced, the interior is dirty from them either driving it or repairing it. They tell me they put plastic on the seat, but e Every time I have my car serviced, the interior is dirty from them either driving it or repairing it. They tell me they put plastic on the seat, but either it moves or is taken off. My car has light beige interior and the seats, console, etc end up with black dirt marks. I think this is unprofessional, especially when I paid so much to own a Volvo. Ken, the service guy, always tells me it was that way when I dropped it off. He will argue with me about it, which only pisses me off more. I was thinking of going elsewhere or buying another brand. More
