Good Afternoon, My name is William L. MacKeigan. I am the new service manager for Volvo Cars of Manhattan. I have read your review and I agree with everything that you pointed out. There is no excuse for the amount of miscommunications that must have caused this. I have added parts and service specials to the website in an attempt to be competitive within the market. We have added a large amount of support staff to reduce wait times by 70% and we do wash every car when it comes in for service. I have also instructed the advisors to be as descriptive as possible on the paperwork so there is value built into your service when you pay for it. Numbers on a page mean nothing without a description of what they actually equate to. I hope that you will accept my sincere apology so we can move on and continue our working relationship. Thank you for allowing us to serve you.
