I was intending to buy a car from Volvo Manhattan but eventually gave up because i was treated so negligently and casually by two different salespeople. Eventually I just said forget it. A strange way to treat someone trying to buy a $60,000 car. More

Truly some of the worst service I've ever experienced. I have brought my car in on three separate occasions. Each time the communication is sporadic and incomplete. Had been a big fan of this dealership but had a very disappointing and frustrating experience last month with very poor communication around the completion of body work. They twice failed to deliver the car on the promised date, seriously disrupting my travel arrangements and obliging me to rent a car at the last minute. They failed to alert me that the car would not be ready, requiring repeated cars, text messages and emails to elicit a response. Nor was I ever offered a loaner car, despite the extended repair timetable and very significant expense of the repair. I cannot recommend this dealer to others and sadly will take my business elsewhere in the future. More
