I went in to service my car with Jahbari Williamson during a busy work day. I needed a few things done before I went on vacation and they were just so fast! I loved how I drove in and they system scanned the whole car for any fast call outs. And once I got to the counter, Jahbari was able to give me a quick rundown of my tires etc. from that scan. Then once the service team got to it, I was sent a thorough live video with the mechanic pointing out what he suggested (literally under the car in full vison). I loved this! The video was clear, and I understood everything he was saying. After that I received a detailed suggested itemized list with prices, and a call from Jahbari to review that list. A few items were pricy, but Jahbari was able to help me figure things out. The communication was consistent and I was able to choose what I wanted done, and what was most important for me to get done at the moment. I never felt pressured. Once I agreed to what I wanted done, I paid online and my can was ready the next day. When I picked it up it was so clean inside and out... which I appreciate. I will definitely come back, because the transaction was effortless. And I got a clean car! (even though it was raining :-/) Everyone there was just so knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Experience was really excellent until our finance meeting with Moustafa Attia. As he talked in circles, he never successfully broke down the prices and figures. He'd say, "I told you already"....I felt rushed as I attempted to get a word in. Instead of leaving excited with my new XC90, I left feeling very anxious, which wasn't fair. Give your client the time to make a decision, especially when it's a large purchase. You shouldn't have difficulty breaking down prices, even if you're asked twice. Transparency and honestly are vital. In my experience consumers retreat when feeling rushed, defensive, or misled. I bought a BMW X6 from this dealership on May 25. I came all the way from Connecticut to purchase a vehicle. However, I took the vehicle to BMW of North Haven Connecticut to have it checked out becau I came all the way from Connecticut to purchase a vehicle. However, I took the vehicle to BMW of North Haven Connecticut to have it checked out because the suspension or shocks. Were worn out. I also found out that the car had three different types of tired which may have contributed to the shaking and pulling . I called my salesman Andy and made arrangements to bring the car in for repair. He informed me that he would have a loaner vehicle waiting for me to drop my vehicle off. However, when I arrived, they had absolutely no loaner vehicles they were trying to convince me that they could work on the car and repair it within an hour which I knew was impossible. #2 there’s also loud rattling in the air conditioning unit. At this point, I feel that Volvo of Manhattan sold me a lemon, and they knew that the vehicle was having problems with the suspension because they informed me they had to lift the vehicle up off the tires because it was altered with aftermarket parts .So I am here to tell whatever they did it did . Didn’t Not work. these people have given me the runaround for five hours they go from finding me a loaner vehicle too. We have a loaner vehicle, but it’s not insured. And. We have to get it insured and that would take several hours. From that we have a loaner vehicle but we can’t locate it. At that point I had had enough xx from these people. I took my raggedy BMW and came back to CT.. At this point, I asked if they would buy the vehicle back because I do Not want it . they informed me they would buy it less the taxes and registration so that’s $2500 I would lose did I forgot to say that I paid 32,000 for this vehicle that I have not been able to drive because BMW told me it was not safe to drive they would send someone to Connecticut to pick up the vehicle and drop off in Loner vehicle to me. After losing a day of work with these people.. They are liars, game players and ripoff’s. I will be reporting this to the BBB and contacting my attorney to assist me with these maggots. , Because I am a black female they think that they can talk down on me and rip me off. That’s not going to happen! More
