Love My Volvo My 2016 Volvo S60 is my third Volvo. This is my first experience with Volvo of Manhattan. In shopping around for this car, I visited many dealers. My 2016 Volvo S60 is my third Volvo. This is my first experience with Volvo of Manhattan. In shopping around for this car, I visited many dealers. I found some to be pushy and others didn't follow-up as I anticipated. Richard Mac, my salesman, was knowledgable, patient and spent a considerable amount of time with me without my feeling pressured. He followed up as he said he would but again, I never felt pressured by his calls. While waiting for delivery of my car, I brought my prior Volvo in for service. I found the service dept. to be professional and I felt confident in the service. Upon delivery of my car, Richard spent a considerable amount of time with me, walking me through the features of the car and answering my questions. He offered continued guidance if I needed it in the future. I look forward to my continued relationship with this dealership. More

The interior of the dealership was very recently decorated and is sleek, modern and comfortable, reflecting the tone of the new XC90. I absolutely love my new car. The ride is smooth, the turning radius of the steering wheel is incredible, the power of the engine is surprising and the interior is luxe beyond compare. All in all, I highly reccommend Volvo of Manhattan and the new XC90. More

Absolutely wonderful experience! We just leased a Volvo XC90 from this dealership. We had a BMW for the bast 4 years and were really disappointed in their level of service. Although our company had 5 leased BMWs out at a time, we never felt valued there and our issues frequently went unanswered. We had a completely different experience with Richard Mac at Volvo. He answered all our questions patiently when we came for the test drive, throughout the process he was extremely responsive and made us feel like valued customers. He was never pushy, but followed up with us in a timely and tasteful manner. When there was a little hiccup in receiving our car, they gave us some compensation for the slight inconvenience. This is not a dealership that takes your business for granted. Everyone in this dealership was super nice and welcoming, particularly Richard and Mark. The dealership itself is quiet and beautiful you don't feel rushed or ignored. I highly recommend purchasing or leasing a car here, it was a truly easy and phenomenal experience. More
