No games, no pressure, no hidden fees - just straight up about the car, the pricing and the financing options. Amir in the Finance department was great to deal with too - transparent, efficient and got me a better rate than I had lined up myself beforehand. Luis made sure I left 100% happy with my purchase no matter what - even when I came back with a slight issue a few days after taking delivery. Had a loaner car ready for me and even took the time to wash my car himself before I collected it as it was late and the detailing guys had left for the day! Very professional, five stars. More

We had such horrible experience when buying our Honda Odyssey. Do not want to mention the dealership since it was 16 years ago. (Would not be fair, let's hope they changed.)We were afraid we would have similar experience. BUT WHAT A HUGE DIFFERENCE WITH "VOLVO CARS OF MANHATTAN". We were blessed to have found LUIS GARCIA. He was so patient, trust us when I say patient. It took us about two months to decide! He would alway greet us with a smile and would often stay after work with us, to accommodate our work schedule.
