I must say my service advisor was AMAZING. Gen T. made it her business to follow up with me upon my vehicles servicing. All I needed was my tires changed and it was such a speedy process and not to mention t her business to follow up with me upon my vehicles servicing. Flat tire on the GCP from a huge pothole. Volvo on call had the tow truck guy there in 20 minutes, who put on the donut. Drive the car to Volvo Manhattan and next morning, presto, a new tire was in and car had the tow truck guy there in 20 minutes, who put on the donut.
