She got exactly the car she wanted at a price we were all happy with. Jim Turner was great - personable, low-key, and honest We recently shopped for a small SUV. We did lots of research beforehand and narrowed it down to 4 cars (Honda, Mazda, and Toyota were the others). The We recently shopped for a small SUV. Jim was confident we would be back after driving the others. He didn't employ any high pressure tactics - the kind that make me avoid car dealerships. A few hours after we left, he followed up with some detailed answers to some of my questions, and we agreed to meet today for another test drive and to see if we could agree on a price. I test drove the car again, and Jim showed me how to work the bluetooth pairing with my iPhone. The one negative I saw on this car was this feature, but it worked great - very simple and effective, We went back to his desk and, after a little haggling, we agreed on a price. After the sale, Jim introduced me to several guys in the service department - then showed me all the little details about the car. I would definitely recommend Jackson Automotive, and Jim Turner, to anyone considering a Suburu, Mercedes, or Volvo. More
