The finance person realized I wasn't going to buy the endless extended warranties and, thus, went through her spiel quickly so that I could move on. Overall, so far I am very pleased with the dealer--we will see how the Service department is, but I'm hopeful. More

This dealership is unorganized and poor communicators. I understand we have supply issues but not communicating with you customers about them is a big problem when you were originally told one thing. Lied and gaslighted me through the process until I said enough. After visiting several other Volvo dealership I decided to take my business to a dealership that actually wants my business. I purchased an XC90 Recharge and special ordered it. My order date was mid September 2021and everything started smoothly. My vehicle arrived before the end of the year and due to requests I had I didn't pick it up until mid January. I purchased the extended maintenance plan, wheel and windshield warranty and interior coverage. The problems started when I tried to use my extended warranty. It seems that all of their services are delayed by a minimum of a month. I've submitted a request for a refund for my extended warranty and still haven't received any information. I now have attempted to use my wheel coverage and was told a month and a half to replace my cracked wheel. More
