It was a 2020, so we think we got a good deal on it and it was nice that Volvo give us extra discount on the hail damage from the storm the week before. We were promised, I mean promised that we would have in back on Wednesday and would be delivered by our salesman, Andrew it was nice that they offer that. However when Wednesday came, cricket , we did not hear anything and we called, Andrew is off on Wednesday. Thursday my wife text him and he then told us it was expected to be here Wednesday, not promised. And, he will call us Friday to update us. We did not heard anything back again , so I drove to Volvo to try to talk to the manager. First she did not introduce herself, so I don’t know her name. She said is the manage for Andrew. And then she get defensive, and told me that they were expecting the car to be back mid-week, not Wednesday. Andrew would never promise that since he doesn’t work on Wednesday. And talk to me like I am asking stuff for free. I told her promise was not delivered and Andrew promise to give us update and now the end of them day, we’ve heard nothing. She said she could not give us update either since shop close at 5pm. She would call us sat to give us update. So even she is contradicting herself, when she said the car is expecting mid-week and now sat might not still be ready. This is not good customer service, when promise is not delivered and talk down to the customer. I never raise a question or ask for free stuff, band all I want is promise being kept. If it was not ready Wednesday or mid- week as they said, by Friday it should be done. But now who knows!! More

The Sales Team was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable to help us select and buy our Volvo V90 CC. He provided us with all the options at hand, features and services thus helping us make an informed decis to help us select and buy our Volvo V90 CC. But the Sales team here were effective in providing us with options without forcing us into a quick decision. The finance team too was concise and transparent to us in understanding the finance options available and the variety of services including warranties, wheel, tire, windshield damage plans, etc. offered through Volvo. They were able to get us a better deal as well through lower interest financing. Servicing department were able to get us in and out quickly whilst providing us with a loaner car. What more can one ask for or expect? We would recommend this dealership and especially its people to anyone interested in buying a luxury vehicle. The benchmark has been laid down. More
