It was unfortunate to see that Volvo dealer refused to honor Costco Pricing (for Volvo XC60) and said that they will add $1500 over Invoice + Advertisement fee. They are simply manipulating and playing w honor Costco Pricing (for Volvo XC60) and said that they will add $1500 over Invoice + Advertisement fee. They are simply manipulating and playing with numbers to trick the consumer to pay more than fair price. With ALL the features available on car (VIN: YV4102DK3M1855817), the Costco price is $47,789 (without any rebates/discounts going on from Costco and Manufacturer) while the dealer's price is $49,624 after dealer discount of $1,151. There are few incentives going as of today (06/25/2021) - From Costco $1250, Manufacturer to consumer Bonus cash of $1500, Conquest Discount (as I have Audi Q3)- $1000 and Loyalty Discount of $ 1000. The dealership wants me to pay for Advertisement cost, which is a incentive the dealership receives from Volvo Manufacturer, along with other incentives such as Holdback, Flooring costs etc. I just asked the dealership to honor Costco Pricing and give the incentives that are available to consumers (Costco Promotion, Manufacturer to consumer Bonus cash, Conquest Bonus and any other incentive designed for the consumer). After all the logical explanation, the salesman simply said that we will not honor this pricing and if you want, you can take the deal or leave it. This is how I was treated at this dealership. I hope other dealerships are not like this one and the Volvo brand must examine the kind of service being provided by their authorized dealership Quite DISAPPOINTED!!! More

I was paired with an employee with one week of experience on the job. There was no on there to help him and no other employee ever offered to assist us. We were not able to confidently understand the features of the 60k+ car we were looking at so we left to do our own research. 2 days later, day 1 being Sunday while they were closed we re-engaged at their time of opening with a new employee remotely. 2 cars were sold out from under us, and their only offer was to recommend a car not in alignment with our desires and 6k more expensive. We email and responded in a timely manner to the employees and received no response from the sales rep or the manager of the dealership resulting in this review. The San Antonio dealership offers on average 6% more of MSRP so they will be gaining our business. More
