I didn't have an appointment Tom asked me if I had an appointment, but I did not. My second time here for service. I was helped right away as I walked in the door, and I waited Tom asked me if I had an appointment, but I did not. My second time here for service. Tom asked a technician to work through lunch so I would be out of there in time to get my child off the schoolbus. All the work to be performed was gone over before anything started, and then it was all recapped for me at the end. First, Richard Kerrigan, one of the service managers does not respond to voicemails and you as the client need to be the one to be persistent to find out any updates on your vehicle. Additionally, the repairs that were conducted were poorly serviced. In fact, we had to bring our vehicle to another Subaru location to find out that the repairs that were apparently fixed at Westchester Subaru were not even done. So please as a fellow Subaru owner, I would really discourage you from using this location ESPECIALLY working with Richard Kerrigan. In my humble opinion, he should seriously be reprimanded by his superiors. More
