Every time I bring in my vehicle he aims to please and inclusively has always gotten my car washed and provided me with a loaner when needed. He follows up with phone calls and even calls the next day. I have observed this same genuine behavior with other clients as well.Everyone always leaves with a smile. His team and him provide great and efficient customer service. I never really trust dealerships, but I trust his sincerity. I would travel to any dealership Edgar was working at just because of his customer service skills and kind demeanor. I have already recommended him and this dealership to other people. Thank YOU! Great customer service I made an appointment for an oil change/inspection for my 2016 Crosstrek. I waited for about an hour which I considered fairly reasonable. Rich was I made an appointment for an oil change/inspection for my 2016 Crosstrek. I waited for about an hour which I considered fairly reasonable. Rich was quick to greet me and assist me with my appointment. I don't drink coffee and I was kind of hoping for something else to drink or snack on. I believe the place would benefit from some upgrading. My only disappointment was that my car couldn't be washed because I came in too late. But I was assured that I can come in any other time and have it washed, problem with that is....I'll always get there at the same time....Rich was very pleasant and apologetic and I left in a good mood and will definitely come back. More

To start, the I brought my car in for a routine vehicle enhancement update and was treated with superb service from Service Advisor Edgar Buenconsejo. To start, the shop opened at 8am but I got there early as I was pressed for time to get the rental vehicle and head off to work. Edgar took care of me right away and got me in and out in about 10 minutes. He called me later in the day to let me know what time my car would be ready and when I got there, the service was done. He explained all the updates that were done to the car. He also asked were there any other issues or concerns that I had. With the purchase of my 2017 F-Pace in July 2016 there had been some things that current buyers received that I did not because I purchased it so early. Edgar went out of his way to make sure that I was updated with those things as well. Excellent service all around!!! Kudos!!! More

Our overall experience in test-driving, receiving information and negotiating the leases at this Mazda dealership were the least stressful and least complicated that we have experienced. Pick-up of our vehicles was quick, convenient and informative. The follow-up has been welcome too. More

my 1st service for new legacy i have no complaints. it was a good experience. mr. cominsky was very nice and answered all my questions. Horrible service -Car service was finished 5 days later then I was told, when I called to get the bill faxed to chase in order to get my check for the car I was told " -Car service was finished 5 days later then I was told, when I called to get the bill faxed to chase in order to get my check for the car I was told "i am busy to help you, leave a message for Rich", sat at chase for an hour and a half called multiple times and got the same answer, however GEICO calls them and instantly gets to speak with Rich and gets my info faxed instantly. Rich Kerrigan then never called me back and when I went to pick up my car I sat in the "busy" office with no other customers for 20min before anyone asked if I was being helped. Rich never showed up and I had to get my car back from another salesman who knew nothing about my car. They also added work on to my car after the appraiser cut the check, causing me to get less money for the auto body fixes. I called the appraiser who stated the add one were not verified by him. I am also a nurse who works nights and politely asked not to call in the AM because that's when I sleep, Rich calls at 8am, 9am, 11am leaving voicemails saying "please call me back" as if there is an emergency. I will never return to this service shop again and it truly has me rethinking Subaru in general. I never leave comments or complaint about services but this was some of the rudest and unprofessional work I have ever seen. More
