I ended up with TRANSMISSION FLUID FLUSH,BRAKE FLUID FLUSH,STEERING WHEEL FLUID FLUSH and ENGINE COOLANT I Went for service special and recall repair. I ended up with TRANSMISSION FLUID FLUSH,BRAKE FLUID FLUSH,STEERING WHEEL FLUID FLUSH and ENGINE COOLANT FLUSH. My car is 2013 with. 30,500 miles on it. Are these fluid flushes necessary? I thought they'll top of all fluids as indicated on the special service. And on their check list it only says levels being low. So I guess the solution is to flush instead of adding more fluid. I'm a loyal customer to this service center and I'm really disappointed with this last visit. By the way I spent almost $800.00 for this. I would say the care and service are there, but I think the situation was poorly handled. Does my car really need those fluid flushes immediately on the spot? More

They worked with me to get me a great price on a car that was more upgraded than I was planning. And, in addition, even though it was late August when we made the deal I couldn't take possession of the car for 3 weeks and they were very flexible about that. My husband now planning to lease a CrossTrex when his Toyota lease expires in the spring. More

2018 Crosstrek Limited We were interested in the 2018 Crosstrek and met Ken Freeman, which was at a time before the model was in any of the showrooms. Ken had us take a test We were interested in the 2018 Crosstrek and met Ken Freeman, which was at a time before the model was in any of the showrooms. Ken had us take a test drive in the 2017 model and explained the differences with the newer version. Ken spent alot of time answering all the questions and we decided to preorder the car. When the 2018 models came in Ken invited us over to test drive one (our car had alot of extra features added to it and due in later). He handled our returning of our Legacy leased car. Our car finally came in this past week and the car was exactly what he advised us it would be and what we were after. Ken was extremely knowledgeable, informative, patient and took care of everything for us making the process very simple. We look forward to dealing with Ken for our next car. More
