Steve was very knowledgeable about the available models, the differences between t Steve Zinaman and Jalice Zea-Roman in the purchase of a '22 XC60. Steve was very knowledgeable about the available models, the differences between the old T-5s and T-6s and the new B-5s and B-6s, etc., and was completely professional, devoid of pressure tactics, and quite helpful in working out final details and documents. They did excellent work in repairing my car, but their customer service fell way short. I used their wonderful valet service. Car was picked up on Friday morning, was told I might not get it back until Tu customer service fell way short. I used their wonderful valet service. Car was picked up on Friday morning, was told I might not get it back until Tuesday. Not a problem. But by Tuesday, they hadn’t started to work on my car. And they didn’t call as I would have expected, we had to call them for an update then. They blamed COVID for the delay, but honestly, don’t schedule appointments if you don’t have enough technicians to complete the work. More
