We just bought a car at Volvo Cars White Plains and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The salesperson, Steve, Zinaman, could not have been more friendly and helpful. We could not have appreciated his help more. After we purchased the car, Eliza Rivera was extremely helpful in helping talk us through all the features of the car. Steve was very helpful and knowledgeable during my appointment to renew my XC90 lease. He even saved me some money which my husband loved! Christian took the time to walk me thru my new car. Went in to see about getting a volvo early summer and spoke to Steve. I laid out what I was looking for and even though I test drove a 2022 Volvo, Steve advised me to wait for the 2023s given what I was spoke to Steve. I laid out what I was looking for and even though I test drove a 2022 Volvo, Steve advised me to wait for the 2023s given what I was looking for. Fast forward to September and I am in a 2023 Volvo. Steve worked with me to order my car and to start a short term lease whilst I wait for production. On pickup day, Christina walked me through all the necessary feature as I was on my way. Overall a very positive experience from walking through the test drives and then actually driving off. The only negative I have is the lack of responsiveness on their websites. Twice I requested an appointment to test drive and never heard back. More
