Christian showed remarkable patience as I decided between two models. Albert , the finance manager, worked together with Chris to resolve an issue that came up at the last minute. In the end Albert made the financing of the lease easy and almost fun. I can't say enough wonderful things about the team at this dealership!(I must say that while I briefly considered switching to another brand of auto my good feelings towards this dealership was an important part of my decision to stay with Volvo.) In addition my experience has shown me that their service is top notch.
