Helpful and Kind Service Staff I have consistently been impressed with the service center at Westchester Mazda. They have always been extremely professional and courteous. Generally I have consistently been impressed with the service center at Westchester Mazda. They have always been extremely professional and courteous. Generally, in situations involving service centers, there is the issue of hidden information and agency loss. In other words, you don't know much about cars, the mechanic comes back tells you the "phalanges" are broken, and you wind up dropping more money on something that isn't real - basically you were scammed. With Westchester Mazda they have gone above and beyond to NOT do that. My car was pulling to the left I thought I needed a front-end alignment, technician said my left front tire was low on pressure and that's why. Saved me money. Another time they told me my air filter was dirty. They brought me to the shop floor and made sure I watched them pull it out to know that it was my air filter. Recently, I needed a NYS inspection. Went to a garage by my home. Guy said to my wife "you might not pass cause your brake pads are low." I said I'm going to the dealership to get a second opinion. Took my car to Westchester Mazda, they did their full circle inspection and told me this other guy was scamming me, my brake pads were fine. All-in-all, big fan of this place. Most likely will lease another Mazda from them and continue to get it serviced by them. More
Go to Bill Kolb Subaru instead They used to be a good, honest dealer. We went to lease our third Subaru with this dealer, and instead of being treated with respect as a repeat and They used to be a good, honest dealer. We went to lease our third Subaru with this dealer, and instead of being treated with respect as a repeat and loyal customer, we were subject to obvious bait-and-switch techniques where our salesperson, Carlos Gomez, said he priced out a basic model but was "surprising" us with a free upgrade to a premium model due to damage to our original car. After some investigative work, I determined that there never was a base model in play and that we were being charged with the premium pricing all along. A call to Victor Bellavia, the General Manager, was never returned (!!!), and a conversation with a supervisor, Andrew Schillizi, went nowhere. In the end, we headed over the bridge to Bill Kolb Subaru in Orangeburg, where we were dealt with honesty and respect by salesman Stuart Lesser and his staff. Do yourself a favor and go the extra few miles, pay the toll to go over the bridge to Bill Kolb if you want an honest and painless experience. Forget about Westchester Subaru and deal with real professionals at Bill Kolb. More
Worst experience I have ever had by far buying a car. These guys are incompetent, they lie, they make mistakes, they lie about their mistakes. We had problems making the order, problems with the delivery, These guys are incompetent, they lie, they make mistakes, they lie about their mistakes. We had problems making the order, problems with the delivery, problems paying the taxes, problems getting the license plate. Through it all, never any apologies, never any ownership of the crap experience, just excuses and lies. I've never spent so much money and gotten such amazingly bad service. I would prefer to never own a car again than do business here again. More

I wanted a standard but knew the chances of finding one was probably not possible with the premium packages. I went back in on a sat. While I understand they are busy, I was trying to remain loyal to my original salesperson and he asked us to come back. we came back over an hour later and while other dealers came up to ask if we needed help, we stated we were waiting for the original dealer. He never came over to us. we ended up leaving. He emailed me almost a week later. When I stated I had a deal at a great price from another dealer, he gave me reasons not to trust it and some ridiculous statement that it appeared I was buying it outside of NY and my fees would be higher. (I have purchased cars in both states and knew that to be wrong) I have bought many cars and I realize that the dealers are not your friends but I was shocked by the dismissal. It worked out in the end because I got an amazing deal and treatment at Liberty Subaru in New Jersey. More

I've known Benjamin, my salesman, for fifteen years and he finally convinced me as my needs have changed to buy Mazda. I needed something more family oriented and my Mazda 3 Hatch Is it. It's safe, reliable, I get around well in the snow, good for tossing my kids things in the trunk. Best of all I'm getting better gas mileage than I've had in ten years which is now very important. I'm overall pleased with the service and time taken with me to make me comfortable in my decision and purchase. Everything was laid right out in front of me and Ben guided me towards the right vehicle for me. When I'm driving by myself I open it up a bit more and it's a blast to drive so I don't miss my sports cars. More

After Westchester Mazda performed work on my car totaling thousands of dollars, they refused to reimburse me for a nominal rental car fee after repeated misrepresentations by individuals in the service center that I would not be charged for same. Numerous emails and calls later to several members of Westchester Mazda went unanswered. What a terrible way to treat people. A customer brings over thousands of dollars of business to you and you cannot reimburse him for a petty fee which you repeatedly said you would?? The fact that they continue to ignore my repeated communications speaks volumes.... avoid this place at all costs. More
