From beginning to end, it was a perfect experience. Worked on the numbers on Wednesday and picked the car up the next day. Other support people at the dealership (Axel and the Business Mgr) were extremely professional and I never felt rushed. Axel, the product specialist spend about 35-45 minutes in the car going over all of the features, syncing my phone, connecting the bluetooth and other features. I would recommend Steve anytime! More
