My wife was looking for a new Volvo and we ended up at Volvo of Westport. We test drove some certified cars but ended up with a new Cross Country. My Volvo require a retuine service. Kyle expalined the services that needed to be performed and then explained that it would be a fairly expenive service (around $600). I was locked out of my 2002 Volvo V70 because the battery in my remote died and the locking mechanism in the driver door is broken. My husband called the Volvo of Westport service department to see if they in my remote died and the locking mechanism in the driver door is broken. My husband called the Volvo of Westport service department to see if they could assist me. The service department had just closed but Robert and Dan drove over to meet me in the Trader Joe's parking lot. Robert was able to jimmie the door open in less than thirty seconds and I was back on the road again! This was better than AAA roadside service. I did not purchase my Volvo wagon from Volvo of Westport but have been using their service department since 2005. The dealership employees are professional, courteous, and accommodating. More
