I was locked out of my 2002 Volvo V70 because the battery in my remote died and the locking mechanism in the driver door is broken. The service department had just closed but Robert and Dan drove over to meet me in the Trader Joe's parking lot. Robert was able to jimmie the door open in less than thirty seconds and I was back on the road again! This was better than AAA roadside service. I did not purchase my Volvo wagon from Volvo of Westport but have been using their service department since 2005. The dealership employees are professional, courteous, and accommodating. More
