I have had my Volvo S40 since 2006 and it is the best investment I have made, that is mainly due to the quality and responsibilty of the service department's Nicole Kish is extremely knowledgeable an investment I have made, that is mainly due to the quality and responsibilty of the service department's Nicole Kish is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and takes the time to explain why maintenance and repairs need to be made. She has also taken the time to listen not only in person but on the phone as well when I have had concerns about my car. When it comes to car care nothing is a waste of time for Nicole, whether it's a small dent in my car or changing my timing belt, Nicole is there to always answer my questions or listen to my concerns. I have never felt ignored when Nicole has helped me at the Volvo of Westport. More
Last month, while driving through southern CT, one of my bulbs burned out. Since I am from out of town and was heading out of state for a business trip, I did not want to continue on without having the bulb bulbs burned out. Since I am from out of town and was heading out of state for a business trip, I did not want to continue on without having the bulb replaced. I found that the closest Volvo dealer was in Westport and stopped in without an appointment. After purchasing the necessary bulb from their parts department, I needed to have it installed. Without hesitation, a very kind and friendly woman named Nicole Kish from the service department offered to install the bulb for me. I was very relieved, as I had no idea how to do it myself. Nicole quickly took care of the installation and also answered several questions I had about a "check engine" message that had recently appeared, my tires, and a few others I cannot recall. Volvo of Westport is far from my home, but if I lived closer, I would certainly take my car there for all necessary services, due to the excellent customer service I received. I was made to feel comfortable and welcome, even though I had never brought my car there before. I must commend and thank Nicole and Volvo of Westport for providing me with the kind of service I don't seem to find anywhere else these days. Thank you, again! More

I have leased several cars over the past 14 years and recently bought a pre-owned car from this dealership. My experience with the sales floor has been excellent every time. I have been taking my cars there for the past 14 years and have been truly impressed by the thoughtful and efficient manner of the service reps. In particular, Nicole Kish who can explain nearly anything car- related in a clear and not condescending way. I leave the service area understanding what needs to be done to my car and why. More
Sometimes I feel like companies and organizations, and the people that work there, have forgotten what good service is, but that is not the case at Volvo of Westport. I bought my 2010 C70 from them in March of 2010 and have been back for oil changes and once for a warranty repair. In every case, during every visit, the employees have been friendly, gracious, and knowledgable. More than once I have told my wife that I would buy another Volvo, just because of the dealership. So congratulations to the management and staff of Volvo of Westport. In a world that has forgotten what customer service is, you have remembered. More
This dealership should be closed for their deceitful and dishonest practices. Contract price was not honored at time of delivery, salesman was rude and insulting, feeling entitled to have customer pay for dishonest practices. Everything was OK (not great, but OK), until we picked up a car. But the following week, when we tried to settle a minor issue, everything has changed. The senior personnel at this dealership are rude, unresponsive and incompetent. I have been so turned off by their behavior, I will be buying a different brand car when I replace my S80 which has bee unresponsive and incompetent. I kept getting Engine System Service Required warnings and the service people at this dealer said it was a gas cap issue. They failed to disclose this model's extended warranty in time to fix a manufacturing defect in the car's throttle body. More

While for a while we had a good relationship with this dealer, it has deteriorated over the past few years. Service staff tends to be impersonal, prices have risen, and there have bee questions about ho dealer, it has deteriorated over the past few years.
