Volvo Cars Westport

Volvo has been my car of choice for many years now and I have dealt with several dealerships in different locations. There were three different ones in N.C. and two in M.D., none of which compare to the acc have dealt with several dealerships in different locations. There were three different ones in N.C. and two in M.D., none of which compare to the accomodating service I have received in Westport, Ct. Kyle has been especially great, he always seems to find a reasonalbe solution to any problem that comes up ...even in unreasonable situations. Last minute unannounced/unpredictable service problems are handled even on the craziest of days. Somehow, even when there are no loaner cars available, things are juggled around and he makes it work. I do receive calls to keep me informed of progress or problems that may arise. The entire staff has been great. When I used to wait for service on my car, (I was in school for two years) they offered me a place where I could study and have coffee to drink. It is always a fun and personalbe experience at Volvo of Westport. Thanks everyone. More

This is my second Volvo. The first was purchased through Milford CT Volvo but was introduced to the Westport location as it was conveniently located for me to get serviced. Kyle Watts has been my primary contact, I have dealt with service advisors over a very long time and in my mind, Kyle is the best I've had to work with. - Nicole Kish , George and all the rest have been great as well. It doesn't matter whether I bought my car there originally or just taking another in for service, their attitude has always been - " How can we make your life easier today?" which for a car dealer is almost unheard of. Whether it's a simple service, a warrantee issue or an unexpected emergency, I feel that I am getting the best service at a fair price. I can't ask any more of a service department or a dealer in general. If a person is thinking about buying a Volvo, looking for great service or both - Volvo of Westport's service department - Kyle, Nicole, George and the rest and of course their salespeople - Ken Chan in particular, he knows his cars - are my choice. Him and Dave from the Shop are never wrong as to whats wrong with my car and I appreciate everything they have done for me. Kyle is friendly and even at 8 in the morning he has a smile on. This is the best dealership I have been to by far and the service is top notch. They are always there to help and are very efficient.
