It’s more effective than ignoring them, and you never know when it could result in a sale, whether it be today or in the future! I’m somewhat of an impulsive buyer…we buy a car every year to year-and-a half, and I tend to remember when a dealership has done me wrong. I’ve driven to San Antonio before for the right car and deal, and I’ve driven to DFW and Atlanta to buy RVs. While it would be nice to have a local Volvo dealer that provides a good car buying experience, at least I have options. The saving grace for this dealership is that my recent service experience on a Volvo that we already own, but purchased elsewhere, was 100% top-notch! Felipe really made me feel important as a customer and took great care of me!
