Fantastic experience at Tampa Volvo. Worked with Amber Thayer, first via the Internet and then in person. She was polite, knowledgeable, and never pressured us. She spent plenty of time educated us on the Thayer, first via the Internet and then in person. She was polite, knowledgeable, and never pressured us. She spent plenty of time educated us on the vehicle, and once purchased spent time to explain the vehicles features, app, and infotainment system. The dealership had a great selection of both used and new vehicles, and they even had the vehicles we wanted to test drive ready for us. Definitely a positive experience. So far we love our new XC90! More
