He is so professional and knowledgeable but he also goes above and beyond to help me with extra issues like m been my service consultant for decades. I cannot believe this has 4. 96 reviews because what I have been experienced was not 4.9. Experience from making appointment to getting the service done, nothing was satisfied and 96 reviews because what I have been experienced was not 4.9. Experience from making appointment to getting the service done, nothing was satisfied and it drove us to find a new dealer and the experience at this new location is much better. I highly do not recommend this place. When we called to make an appointment several times, it took more than 20 minutes for getting someone on the line. Also, one time, we had to get our new key set up, and they told us that only am in Monday is available and not provide us alternative option. Every time we called for service, we did not feel welcomed but be treated as valued customers. This does not only apply for service department but also sales department. We visited there twice for sales purpose, and both experience were not great. More
