I came in for a test drive and received what I thought were standard Dealer niceties and treatment. Even though they worked out a deal to my liking, I still wanted to shop around for other vehicles, and e were standard Dealer niceties and treatment. Well, I should have just taken the deal that day because I soon learned that John Kozin and team's level of professionalism, customer service, and transparency are rather hard to come by in this town. Luckily, they still honored the deal from that first day when I came back, and I'll absolutely be coming back when it's time for my next Volvo! More
