Robert and the service team are great; friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Unfortunately, I don’t always feel confident in the recommendations or pricing. I often have to ask a lot of que professional, and easy to work with. Unfortunately, I don’t always feel confident in the recommendations or pricing. I often have to ask a lot of questions and negotiate, and only then find out something may not be necessary, there’s another option, or the price can be reduced. For example, I’ve had an item marked “red” as critical to fix, but after asking more questions, I learned I don’t actually need to address it if I don’t use the car’s start/stop function. Situations like that make me feel like I have to push for clarity instead of getting it upfront. I wish the dealership were more transparent from the start. The customer service is great; I just want the trust and clarity to match. I have a prepaid maintenance plan, so I’ll continue coming here, but I’d be much more comfortable with more upfront honesty and consistency. More
