Never had a happy service experience at this dealer. They have my name wrong and I just got a Carfax report that was not my car. Their sister dealership, Edison, was spiteful and devious. Emerson was great, and the man who helped me with the loaner (I can't remember his name) was just the sweetest. He came outside and made sure I knew how to work the loaner car.
