26 Year Old Car-Needed work Volvo of Princeton took care of the needs of the owner and car. There were several issues. No computers telling the mechanic what to replace or what Volvo of Princeton took care of the needs of the owner and car. There were several issues. Great service I got a warning msg of “low tire pressure of rear right tire” form my XC 90 and panicked for I have a coming trip to DC in four days, so I drove direc I got a warning msg of “low tire pressure of rear right tire” form my XC 90 and panicked for I have a coming trip to DC in four days, so I drove directly to the dealer without an appointment asking help, Bill is very nice and helpful—(and everyone in service department are the same). He tried best to get my car checked up ASAP and arranged a ride for me going home, and when the tire was fixed and all other points were checked, he called right away and sent a car over to picked me up from home! More

something changed and not for the best there was a total personnel turnover in the service department since my wife's last visit with our Volvo, and she came away quite displeased. th there was a total personnel turnover in the service department since my wife's last visit with our Volvo, and she came away quite displeased. the service managers were not as friendly as the previous ones. When she came in for standard oil/filter changes and maintenance, they challenged her claim that she was entitled to no cost wheel rotation for tires purchased there. After showing the document provided her by the previous service management they finally gave her $50 discount. The steering wheel was also smeared with grease which took a lot of work on her part to clean off. Less than impressed, especially since she very much liked doing business there in the past. More
