The technician, Emerson, was anxious to assist me. The waiting area is comfortable (since I need to wait for my vehicle) and, overall, I am pleased with the relationship with Princeton Volvo. Paul Melhus was my original salesperson and I highly recommend him if you are in search of a new Volvo. The after-sale attention was unexpectedly high and I appreciate the value added by this facility. Chris Long was personally involved in getting me acclimated with my vehicle after purchase and I didn't realize he was the GM until later on. No ego, just helpful. More
