The problem is that Volvo of Princeton provides exceptional service all the time, so that is what i have come to expect in the more than 10 years I have been a customer. Through several vehicles, they have never let me down. When it comes to service, I have never had anything but a fantastic experience at this dealership. From the greeting to the discussion to the delivery, it is all conducted in a professional manner. Before coming to Volvo of Princeton by experience with dealership service areas was always with some degree of trepidation. Rude, or worse, indifferent, agents seemed to be the norm, along with a lot of up-selling, a particularly nasty bit of business. Not here. Just a professional approach to automobile maintenance. Thanks to all from this long-time and satisfied customer. Apologies but i do not know the name of the service agent who attended to me, or the mechanic who worked on the car.
