The second area which needs attention is the lack of availability of loaner cars. had to wait about 3 weeks for a loaner car before I took the car in to be serviced. just as a comparison, when I had a different car serviced at a ford dealership in newtown pa, they have an on site enterprise rental. the service dept picks up the tab if its above a certain price, otherwise the customer pays the rental. this might be a better solution for customers but doubt it fits into your business model. but definitely need more loaners available. More
