Had to return when dealer failed to have tires needed. The service personnel failed to check inventory of tire needed for replacement, so had to return for another appointment the following day. They look after their customers Colby and Paul both look after you really well. I had not asked for a loaner but one was returned early so they gave it to me. Quick Turnaround We just relocated to this area and needed to schedule our service appointment. I was able to secure an appointment within a week, (prior dealer was f We just relocated to this area and needed to schedule our service appointment. I was able to secure an appointment within a week, (prior dealer was four weeks out) and waited approximately two hours to have complete service to include taking care of recall issues I was not aware of. Would recommend this service and plan on scheduling to have some minor cosmetic issues taken care of. More

Delay informing if need for additional service. I came in for routine service that lasted approximately 2 hours. At the end of those two hours I was told I needed two front tires and it would take I came in for routine service that lasted approximately 2 hours. At the end of those two hours I was told I needed two front tires and it would take an additional 1.5-2 hours to put them on and fix the alignment. The associate offered to take me to the mall to wait but I declined. I expressed that the time that i would have appreciated knowing the need for this additional service earlier in the appointment not at the end. More
