My Mother-in Dear Sirs, Words cannot express our gratitude at the EXTREME kindness and efficiency shown to my family by the staff at Princeton Volvo. My Mother-in-Law's car suddenly stopped in northern New Jersey. We had the extraordinary fortune to have it towed to Princeton Volvo. Although they had a smaller, Saturday staff, they quickly analysed our problem. Emerson who is one of the service people did an exceptional job. The car had a broken timing belt but Emerson broke this news very gently to my Mother-in-Law. In addition, He also outlined our options at that point and one of the staff took my husband to the rent-a-car establishment. He as since followed-up with great concern for our family. We were all so impressed at the professionalism and kind treatment we received. When I left I truly wished that each of them would be treated this well if they were ever in a jam. Thanks and praise go out to a wonderful staff. We recommend them in the highest terms. Their customers are certainly fortunate. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was not happy when I had to bring my beloved 2011 XC-70 in for burning oil, a problem encountered on a few engines of this year from my understandin I was not happy when I had to bring my beloved 2011 XC-70 in for burning oil, a problem encountered on a few engines of this year from my understanding. From the minute I dropped off my car I was treated exceptionally well, and was so happy when I picked up my car the service department looked like they detailed it! Bill kept me updated throughout the whole ordealI am more than satisfied with my experience, I hope there are no latent issues caused by the low oil discovered later. My only regret is I can only give five stars, they deserve higher! More
