Unsatisfied with overall service I took my car in for routine service which was done and got a loaner (which was good) but the dealer failed to even clean my car. They ran the car through a carwash and didn’t even bother to dry the car so there were streaks in the back window. The interior of the car was not vacuumed at all. I was told the car was ready for pick up at 3:05pm but when I got there (close to 5pm) they couldn’t locate my car and I had to wait for about 15min while they were looking for the car (the car was apparently sitting in the car wash.)
