Volvo Service My wife, Jan, left the driver's side window down in our XC-90 in a rainstorm, and all our windows did not operate properly as a result. She made an a My wife, Jan, left the driver's side window down in our XC-90 in a rainstorm, and all our windows did not operate properly as a result. She made an appointment and brought the car in for evaluation. Glad to even know the shop was open during these times. Emerson checked us in and they kept the car overnight for evaluation. As it turns out, with the help of a dry in-door environment and evaporation, the problem abated and our car was released back to us with only a minor charge. Everyone as usual was very professional, and all were wearing masks. Thanks to everyone at Princeton Volvo for your help, and I hope all remain safe. Tony Mazzeo More

I am informed of anything that needs to be done immediately AND also advised as to what I need to have done in the next 6 months or so.
