My encounter with the service department was outstanding, I could not have asked for a better experience. From dropping off my car the night before, filling out the overnight envelope for my nex outstanding, I could not have asked for a better experience. Disappointed - nickels and dimes I am very disappointed that you are charging a fee to do the diagnostics now. I have been a faithful customer since we purchased our 2006 XC-70. After leaving with my car the service light came back on. stating that the engine needs servicing.?#$@% Mind you that the staff is very friendly and courteous, but the policy from management is going in the wrong direction. so I can only blame management for my frustration and disappointing experience. Since you are reading this whatever happened to Mr. Robert Sorg? He was trying to help get my ABS fixed, which turned out that according to your earlier ( no charge) diagnostics it showed that the electronic controller has a problem and it would cost about $2,000 to fix. This would be the 3rd controller unit.$#@! I hope this review gives some context of my disappointment in your service policies. More
