Pleasant interaction with service personnel Emerson greeted me in a very friendly manner.....this was after my first contact told me they had no record of my service job. Asked me about each of the items I was in need of service. He let me know that if it took too long to fix, they would be glad to drive me home. After things were checked out, he then came to where I was waiting and let me know what they found out, how long it would take to remedy....just an hour. So I waited. Then he explained all they had done and then showed me how to adjust the seat that I was having problems with and added another feature (lumbar support) that I had forgotten about using. After he made sure the seat was just perfect, he put all the settings into memory for me. In all, a very productive visit. Thank you, Emerson! More

They were good enough to void a $220 charge for a software upgrade that should not have been charged.. Whether that works remains to be seen. The battery should have been checked and charged if necessary before the vehicle left the dealership. More
