We have had a series of unfortunate experiences with this dealership. When you visit the dealership the staff seems concerned with what ever they are doing, they don't smile or make eye contact. You get the dealership. When you visit the dealership the staff seems concerned with what ever they are doing, they don't smile or make eye contact. You get the strong impression you are interrupting them by being there. When my wife takes the car in for service she is ignored, condescended to, and given misinformation. The most recent incident involved a broken windshield. Our local glass shop could not get glass for a 2021 XC 40 recharge. She was told that "Of course the dealership has the glass in stock." and "you silly woman" was not said but clearly heard. I called and was told the glass was on back order and the dealer would order the glass and find out next week when it would be available. We will not purchase another car here and I intend to travel 50 miles to the nearest dealer the next time service is required. Shannon (service department) in the only courteous and helpful person we have encountered at this dealership. More

Do not buy a Volvo. My 2013 S60 burns oil. 2 quarts every 800-1000 miles. Volvo of Princeton, Emerson, says this is acceptable. Just Google Volvo burns oil. You will see many, many reports. Volvo of Princeto 800-1000 miles. Volvo of Princeton, Emerson, says this is acceptable. Just Google Volvo burns oil. You will see many, many reports. Volvo of Princeton will pretend to have never heard about oil burning problems. Buy an Acura. Save yourself the worry and headaches. More

Due to car troubles whilst on a road trip we left our car. Everyone was very nice and courteous. Updates were given with honest suggestions from John Whalen. I did not get the attitude one may get from car. Everyone was very nice and courteous. Updates were given with honest suggestions from John Whalen.
