I left messages for finance manager and service manager regarding my coverage and no reply. I bought my first Volvo XC90 car with cash in 2019 and was told the start/stop batteries need to be replaced and regarding my coverage and no reply. What’s the point of purchasing extra coverages and to have a Certified car? Not happy with Princeton at this point. May not go back to their service too. More
