Amazing Experience From Start to Finish I unfortunately hit a pot hole the wrong way at high speed the other evening and had to have my 2017 Volvo S60 towed to the closest dealer (Leasing it I unfortunately hit a pot hole the wrong way at high speed the other evening and had to have my 2017 Volvo S60 towed to the closest dealer (Leasing it from Volvo of Bridgewater). The Princeton team jumped on from start to finish- got a call early from Emerson (service advisor) in the morning to talk thru the issue. It was ready by 1 pm so I could pick it up and make it in time to the airport for a business trip. And they coordinated everything thru my tire protection plan so no cost to me. Thanks so much guys!!! More

Nice staff. Terrible car S90 sedan Service was fine. Entire dashboard shorts out when entering address GPS. Dangerous while driving . Happened multiple times on a trip to CT. I had a great experience at Princeton Volvo. First I met with Paul Melhus, but when I told him that I wanted to meet with Paul Forino, he made that happen.
