The entire experience of buying the car at Princeton was stress free and much appreciated. I love my new car. More

40,000 mile service was done accurately as well as a tire replacement though had to bring it back for a tire rotation making a second trip necessary. probably should have was done accurately as well as a tire replacement though had to bring it back for a tire rotation making a second trip necessary. probably should have done the rotation once the tire was replaced or at least driven it around to hear how bad the alignment was after the tire was replaced. The second area which needs attention is the lack of availability of loaner cars. had to wait about 3 weeks for a loaner car before I took the car in to be serviced. just as a comparison, when I had a different car serviced at a ford dealership in newtown pa, they have an on site enterprise rental. the service dept picks up the tab if its above a certain price, otherwise the customer pays the rental. this might be a better solution for customers but doubt it fits into your business model. but definitely need more loaners available. More
