We recently drove back to Princeton and bought our 2nd Volvo. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. We were met by Laura as the receptionist and she could not have been any more pleasant. Then we reconnected with the salesman, Paul Melhus, who had previously sold us a S60 in January. My wife and I can't imagine a car salesman being any more kind and cooperative. Paul is a true gentleman and we would absolutely recommend him to anyone. Finally, we met with Craig - the finances professional. Craig was terrific. They were faced with not having a loaner car available when I got dropped my car off. They scrambled, made phone calls, etc. to get me a care within 30 minutes. Then, my car wasn't ready until rush hour. Rather than having me drive thru rush hour traffic, they had one of their drivers bring my car to me. Outstanding team effort to make sure I was happy! More
