Leasing a Volvo for the first time I have always had Lexus and BMW SUV's previously, but I didn't like the looks of the new BMWs and Lexuses so decided to check out Volvos. I loved the size and feel of the XC 40 Inscription, but one with just the right features wasn't available in October, so they ordered one for me. It came in just when they said it would and it had all the features I had asked for, plus one that I didn't ask for. They threw that one in at no cost. My sales rep was Colby Whipple and he was awesome. Friendly, communicative, and knowledgeable. I'm very happy with my entire experience at Volvo Princeton Cars. More

Excellent experience from their service department I got there an hour before my scheduled appointment and they didn't have any issue receiving my car early. I was asking for a full 60k miles service w I got there an hour before my scheduled appointment and they didn't have any issue receiving my car early. I was asking for a full 60k miles service which would have cost me around $600, but after looking at the car service history and performing the inspection, they informed me that such service was already performed during my las visit a year ago and since I only put a couple of thousand miles this year on it, full service was not necessary. They did a full inspection, oil change and a few other things for less than $200 and in about an hour. I rarely review businesses, specially car dealerships who are almost always demanding you give them a five stars /truly exceptional rating for everything. This dealer didn't even mentioned the survey, moreover their honesty, friendliness and experience was truly outstanding! I paid one third of what I was expecting and was ready to go 2 hours ahead of schedule, who could ask for more... More

Kathy is great I worked with Kathy to purchase a certified pre-owned Volvo XC60 and the experience was great. I didn't feel like I was being 'swindled' like you can I worked with Kathy to purchase a certified pre-owned Volvo XC60 and the experience was great.
