I searched for a lease for approximately 3-4 months between several car dealership and at the end of my search I had to come back to Volvo Princeton. One small factor that helped in my decision was that the facility is extremely well kept, modern and super welcoming, where as other dealerships can be intimidating, dated and not so well kept. The two major factors that helped in my decision was Kathy who was so easy to work with and the car itself. We brokered a deal within 45 minutes and was able to finalize everything without a problem. She didn’t push too hard and showed she actually wanted to help. She was also extremely friendly. The car itself (S60 T6) primarily sold me with the updated design and outstanding specs. I absolutely love the car and get so excited to drive it. It’s interior is super polished and very easy to navigate, the comfortability is out of this world and the drive is unmatched to the 3 Series, IS300 and even has the CLA250 beat by a margin. I am optimistic that after my 3 years with the 2020 S60 I will be more than willing to do further business with Volvo Princeton More

Fixed a broken mirror but got more I originally brought my car in for a broken passenger side rear view mirror. Upon inspection and a test drive, my service coordinator noticed that the I originally brought my car in for a broken passenger side rear view mirror. Upon inspection and a test drive, my service coordinator noticed that the belts were in need of replacement under my current warranty coverage. That was above and beyond what I expected and am grateful that I won’t have to deal with a broken belt on the side of the road. More
